“The new care delivery model was implemented due to the combined market forces of a shrinking primary care system that was not meeting consumer needs, rising health cost pressures, and the increased engagement of consumers in the health care decision making process. This model fills some of the gaps around accessibility and efficiency.”
“Convenience is the primary driver of consumer satisfaction with this model as consumers can now manage their health care needs on their own schedule in a setting that they trust and frequent often.”
