Charleen Tachibana, RN, MN, is the Senior Vice President, Hospital Administrator and Chief Nursing Officer for Virginia Mason Medical Center. She has worked at Virginia Mason for the past 30 years and in her current role since 2002. Over the past years, she has received extensive training in the Toyota Production System and the application of TPS to health care.
